F. Russell & Ruth Greenspan Scholarship

This award is an endowed scholarship made possible by a generous grant by a former Chapter president, F. Russell Greenspan. The amount of the award depends on Trust earnings. In 2012 first place earned $2,000.

College students in the Delaware Valley area (State of PA) who are in pursuit of study in U.S. Government, U.S. History, Political Science or Preservation of National Archives, Documents or Historic Places are eligible to apply.  The award is made on the basis of the applicant's written application and endorsements of faculty and administrators.

The chairman of the Awards Committee uses an ad hoc selection committee to determine the recipient of the award.  The Scholarship Award is made directly to the winning student's school.
